Welcome to AI Snippit ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our software-as-a-service platform, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements under Dutch law to use our Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account.

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

5. Subscription, Fees, and Payment

Access to the Service may be subject to subscription fees as displayed at the time of purchase.

All fees are in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed via third-party payment providers.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6. Free Trials

We may offer free trials at our discretion. At the end of the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, designs, and trademarks, remain the property of AI Snippit or its licensors.

You retain ownership of any content or data you upload but grant us a limited license to process it as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

Our processing of personal data is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Availability & Support

We strive to provide continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service.

Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may limit access.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Breach these Terms,

Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity,

Fail to pay subscription fees when due.

You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, AI Snippit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Snippit from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, unless mandatory law dictates otherwise.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
